Type C is for children with medical conditions or disabilities. I suggest you contact the visa office to update your forms to Type A.

I just received doc request from CIC on July 30, and now I'm collecting doc to send Missisuaga and then they send our doc to our visa office, right?

We just know about dependent Type C when we took old form to look some information and fill out the form that we received doc checklist.

My file didn't send to visa office yet. How should I contact visa office? or we contact CIC to confirm about this?
