congratulation Dr Hasib,
my uncle is in Canada a citizen and for blood relation,I have my mother"s Birth certificate.but not uncle"s.can i show other doc like uncle's school's10th certificate?my VO is New Delhi.could you suggest me some other doc rather than birth certificate?
CIO is very strict about awarding points to applicants for relatives in canada. so Birth certificate of your uncle is mandatory.
besides BC you must provide:
• Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or
• Confirmation of Permanent Residence,
or • Permanent Resident Card.
• photo page of a Canadian passport,or Canadian citizenship card (if he is canadian citizen)
in addition, you also need to submit docs as a Proof of his residency in CANADA:
Provide evidence your listed relative physically resides in Canada. This may include copies of(any 3):
• lease agreements,
• the most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency,
• an employer's letter confirming employment, • monthly bills, etc., (one page of each bill is sufficient),
• credit card invoices and bank statements. Note: The evidence should show the relative's name and full address in Canada and must be less than six (6) months old from the date of your application submission.
