What type of document are required and is it mandatory to send original documents?

If your initial question was about National Dental Examination Board, then I am not sure. My previous comments were regarding degree evaluation for express entry.

There is a surplus of dentists in Canada so dentists are unlikely to be selected for Pnp.

True. Overseas dentists must go through NDEB Equivalency Process. The Equivalency Process is comprised of three Assessments. Successful completion of the Assessments allows individuals to apply to take the NDEB Written and OSCE Examinations.

What should I write in years attended column of WES form? I am a BDS.. Do I hv need to mention my internship in this column( I hv completed final year in 2009& internship in 2010).. But, BDS completion year written on my degree is 2009.. So I m in dilemma.. Which year should I mention.?
