Hello All,

Finally, I have received CSE(Case Specific Reply) from CHC-Delhi Office. Below are words.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

An Acknowledgement of Receipt letter was sent to you after your application was received by our office. Your application is currently in a queue awaiting initial review.

Unless we have specifically asked you to do so, you are not required to submit any documentation at this time. Our office will contact you to provide the required supporting documentation for the assessment of your application.
If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after 27 February 2008 and before 26 June 2010, your application will take two years or more to be processed.
Unfortunately, it will take longer to process federal skilled worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between 27 February 2008 and 25 June 2010) than originally projected. During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011. As a result, applicants will wait two years or more to be processed....... More 2 paragraphs........

Even my verification calls were made couple of months back when my status was RBVO.
After finding some in consistencies they asked an explanation letter from me. I submitted one from my employer and even I wrote a letter.
On Dec 7, it changed to IN PROCESS.
Does it mean it's not a rejection then?

I'm not too sure what's happening. Haven't received MR either. Seniors, any inputs?

Hello Friends,

Finally, DECISION MADE Tag has been removed from "e-CAS" system 2 days back. Now, again it is showing "Application received" only.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really, it is bit tricky to understand their immigration process level..!!!!!!????

Some of the group members are saying that my application will be come in Process till Dec,2012 End. Is it true? If Yes,then what is the actual reason to make April,2010 NOC 0213 files this much late? My immigration file is completing 2 Years in April,2012 & official immigration process time is 18 Months....

So, My application was received by Visa Office - CIO on April,6 2010 & completed 18+ months......

Any suggestions?

Hello Friends,

1 more thing. My friend is a "Biologist", applied under NOC 2211 in July 11, 2011 & recently she has received MR !!!!!!!!!!!! This is really interesting point to understand the visa process.. Super Duper Speed......In less then 8 months, she cleared & going to Canada in the next 3 months.......

So, I want to understand the immigration process for NOC 0123. As everyone is aware that this category does not exists after July,2011 & less chances to reopen in July,2012. Is it true?

I have applied for PR when NOC 0213 was available. Means i am still safe now, but due to unavailability of proper job profile in canada, the immigration office is taking more n more time then expected. May be my file is ON HOLD & they are not interested to inform me. This is what I think.

Seniors, I need your guidance....please help me out.

What I have been hearing that there are plenty of jobs for IT guys but the number has not been increasing at the rate CIC had thought. Canada must keep a handful of IT jobs free for its University graduates. hopefully the economy gets better and more jobs are created. btw, which field of IT you are specialized in?

My strong domains are Linux, Unix, AIX System & Network Administration & Networking Security. I am working as a Manager-IT, Incharge of EDP for Government Of Gujarat. I loved to work on open source environment. You can say that I am like 1 man army, having knowledge & experience in each IT Domain (System,Network,Database) except programming & software development.

Yes. in my letter from CHC,Delhi they haven't mentioned any line like "Not Processed in 2012". I also don't know the how to get further updates of my immigration status. I can not rely more on "e-CAS" system. The reason is known to everyone......

Again, I got "DECISION MADE" Line in my "e-cas" system. Below is the message after clicking.

We reviewed you application and sent you a letter on March 15,2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

You application was reviewed and we started processing on March 15,2012.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Now, I don't understand what the hell is going on. Just I have to wait for couple of week time & then if i don't receive any letter from NDVO, again i will send "Case Specific Enquiry" for this Decision Made.

Hope, I am right. Experts, please advise me about how to deal with this message.
