My point allocation is as under:

Age 10
Experience 21
Language 14 (L 8.0,R 6.5,S 6.5,W 5.5)
Spouse 4
Relative 5
Total 76

Is there a possibility of my case being rejected due to Low IELTS score? I am a bit worried now.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September ......, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

relax; nothing cud be predicted unless u hear frm them; it has been seen that while transferring case 2 new system; ecas shows decision made.
my advise wud be order CAIPS asap to have clear picture.

Guys! I don't think vo reject the application starght du to poor english, vo always gives a chance to prove ur language, even it depends on type of job which offered, there is two members in this forum rcvd letter from vo for poor english vo gave time to them ( drooza and dreames ) dreames got his visa and he is in canada today! His english was worst than adiyeta !! So don't worry most probebly its system error! Send an quiry to ur vo and I hope its system error..

Address is also missing.

If its not a BUG, then I don't think its a good news. They are trying to clear the back log - this way or that way.

How can we order CAIPS notes? Can we get clear picture of our E-Cas by CAIPS? Why we don't order CAIPS to see the clear picture of our case? If anybody already ordered plz share your experience with us..

can they reject my case ? cause " Decision Made " direct without medical request.

Your VO has the final word on that. I only can say that your Language Score is a bit low, but.. As others have mentioned, wait to see if it's an error...

Remember this is not a right we have to!

YES, THEY CAN REJECT IT. (VISA OFFICERS).

There is no way your application can be rejected because of IELTS you have scored more than enough in IELTS.

There is one thing in common with everybody who got this Decison made in there ecas status is that they are MArch and April 2010 applicants , on whose file visa office recently worked on

CAIPS can be ordered thru WWW.CAIPSNOTES.COM, or any relative in canada.

You need total 67 points but your points are 78. There is no rejection for your scores. Doesn't matter what you get in IELTS bez you already has maximum scores. People need more scores in IELTS bez when they are unable to get 67 scores. Get it? SO don't worry about scores...

Guys... don't wanna be a heart breaker ... I am May 2010 applicant.

There used to be 1 link of "Application Received" only with single line inside of "Application received in May 2010"

On 22-11-11 my E-CAS also had the first ever activity i.e. what you all guys are experiencing.

2nd Link was added above the old one i.e. "Decision Made" with 3 lines.

* Application received on May 2010

* We sent mail to you in August 2010. Please expect delay

* A decision had been made. Office will contact you regarding decision.

SO to conclude

> Not all have got this status.
> NOCs not in demand or not in 29 list have got this status.
> Decision Made before Medicals generally means Rejection.
> I wonder why we call it bug. CIC website is not vulnerable to virus attacks/flaws/errors so it is definitely not a Bug.
> People updating such status are not fools. They know what they are uploading.
> They have excess of applications with ever increasing backlogs so VOs must had been instructed to scrutinize applications very critically.
> VO can fetch out Minor reasons for rejections cuz they have to clear backlogs.

So i guess this is "Curtains to Canada" & start thinking about life in your own respective country.
