Hello To All,

Shall I submit my application to CAIPS File Check Procedure? Is it true that if your application has been changed from starting letter B00000 to E00000, means they are changing the file process responsibility?

Please have a look on below thread.

Don't worry that much. It may also mean that the visa office is transferring your file from CAIPS to their new processing software GCMS..In doing so, the visa office has to close your file on CAIPS and it therefore E Cas shows decision made..So please don't think that its a rejection. Just contact the visa office via e mail and let them know about your ecas status..But I think it is a transfer thing and nothing else...

You guys don't need to worry , I am sure it's not a refusal as all the applicants who submitted there application to CIO in April 2010 mostly with NDVO, have the same tag line of Decison made

Sandy rite, don't worry my case an example my Estatus after dox submitted like this.

RBOV>IP>DM>IP

my status decision made change to In-process again after few months........its a system error........

Thanks for the update. Another thing what i remembered is, my e-CAS application status was something like as given below on dated "Jan 29,2011"

After clicking on "In Process" button, I got below information

Now, I am little bit confident about the "system error" of cic.gc.ca e-CAS system.

Earlier it was showing,

In Process

&

Now it is showing,

Decision Made

Really, seems very strange....................

WAIT is a key here.

as I earlier stated, it may be a BUG, wait for few weeks, u b getting clear picture.

I read your entire blog..We are in the same boat..I have got the first AOR from Canada in June 2010 and Second AOR in Sept 2010 from Delhi,My case is in InProgress since January 2010 and I am having the same NOC code what you have..0213.

Accourding to me you should not worry about the status ..DECISION MADE at the moment..just wait for few days...abt 1 week and then write to CIC..They are replying usually in 3-4 working days...

and update your case , we will definatly get the visa and we will search the job together in canada!!

Is there any possibility of our cases be in actual process (with processing date mentioned in e-cas) by the end of 2011? Mine is In Process (with RBVO) from 1st Nov. I have also sent CSQ to NDVO last week.

Any reply from CHC-Delhi after submitting CSQ?
