you have two options to send a prepaid voucher. You can either have your credit card information on the voucher itself (I wouldn't advise you that, but its your choice). The other one is to open a FEDEX account, that way when they send the package it gets billed to your credit card. In the voucher you will fill out everything and put the FEDEX account on the payment portion of the form. The VO asked for the voucher to be used on a legal size envelope without folding. The COPR documents are legal size.
Be careful. Every visa office is different apparently. For Ottawa they dont accept any courier other than canada post. Just follow the instruction from your visa office.

My status shows decision made by Feb 14-15...no emails or nothing yet...I'm totally unlucky I know...but usually you can get your passport request in coming days..for all my friends..it was like that...
Hope for the best...
What's your visa office?
Which category you applied for?
Keep updated...if there is any news.

I applied through provincial nominee to CIO Sydney. Will keep everyone updated, thanks

Yes, they also asked for one passport-type photograph. Keep in mind that Canada immigration photos are different from passport size photos. These are the specification they gave me for the photos:

PHOTO SPECIFICATIONS

Notes to the applicant:

- Immigration photographs are NOT the same as passport photographs.

- Make sure that you provide the correct number of photographs as specified by the visa office

Notes to the photographer:

The photographer must:

- Show a full front view of the person’s head and shoulders showing full face centered in the middle of the photograph;

- Have a plain white back ground;

- Be identical (black and white, or colour) produced from the same untouched negative, or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;

The photographs must:

- Measure between 25 mm and 35 mm (1” and 1 3/8”) from chin to crown;

- Have a 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8” x 1 ¾”) finished size.

Thanks for this. I wonder why they didnt ask me. i emailed them to make sure.

They did not ask me for Photos in PPR E-mail. I remember submitting about 6 photos (Canadian format) at the initial stage last year.

Anyone else send passport without passport photos?

Congrats. Were you asked to send photos as well as passports? The only thing they asked me was passports but I remember one of my friends told me they were asked to send photos too?
No photos only passports

Hmmm... Well, apparently Ottawa is not asking for any photos. It was a long time ago (3 years) when we sent the photos. I guess they will need photos for the PR card.

PPR just now... Awesome

They will never use your cc details n if you send it, they might feel offended, thats how they are. Instead arrange for a prepaid waybill number. Call fedex they will let you know if that is a possibility. Tell them you need the other party to send your package back to you after processing n you want to pay for it in advance, prepaid waybill is valid for 90 days
