I am also in the same boat I got PR request on Nov17 and my medical was expiring on 10Dec. So i wrote an email to CIC and told them about my medical expiry date so now they have issued me a new medical form.
after visiting DM the physician informed me that my new IME is not online/updated, Any hows he asked me to undergo the medical exam and meanwhile asked me to email VO to update my IME so the DM can send the results.
I wrote an email to CIC on 22Dec to update my IME but still no reply.
This situation is creating a panic for me. May be the CIC is still on holidays.
Anyones know the holiday leaves for CIC?
Does anyone other went through this situation? please share your experience .

Wishing everyone a happy new year
As you can see I am stuck since 2010 ,my medicals expired in May 2014 and recieved email that they extended it till May 2015 and no need for short landing.
Is there anyone stuck like me here?anyone got extended for 3 times or shall I hope they will send ppr this month?4 month from now our medicals will be expired again anyone has the same experience,because all my emails to LVO the responses vary between medicals extended and your file ynder final review or the automatic response of background verification is still ongoing.
