I cannot even find a contact email to write them. Any one have a clue where to find their email contact?

Thanks.
I usually use this ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca
Make sure to include your file number, date of birth and which category you applied.

Received ppr email

Congrats. Were you asked to send photos as well as passports? The only thing they asked me was passports but I remember one of my friends told me they were asked to send photos too?

hi there... I just got my visas and COPR today, below is my timeline:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on March 10, 2011.

2.We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 6, 2011 to ADDRESS. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

3. Medical results have been received. We did medicals in early September. I also checked with the nurse at the medial office and was able to get my results over the phone and the verification that the results were transferred to the VO.

4. Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 5, 2013. Checks for RFPR were cashed on December 19. Passports were requested on March 21, 2014 and delivered to the VO on March 27, 2014.

5. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. The ECAS status changed on April 19, 2014

I received visas and COPR today April 23. With the passports I sent a prepaid vouche for Fedex so the delivery was in just two days.

NOTE:We initially applied to the VO in Buffalo but were informed that our case was transferred to the VO in Trinidad and Tobago on April 24, 2013.

I hope this helps. I know the waiting is hard and really test our patience but hang in there and have faith...

Received PPR!!! Thank God!

Please advise on how to send passport to CPP-O from US.

I am planning to use FEDEX to overnight the passport to Ottawa, but I am not sure what to do about the prepaid return label.

Do I still need to get a Xpresspost USA envelope after printing a prepaid shipping label from canadapost online as suggested by VO?

Thank you everyone for your support! Good luck to everyone else waiting. Believe me I know how it feels. Your turn will come!

you have two options to send a prepaid voucher. You can either have your credit card information on the voucher itself (I wouldn't advise you that, but its your choice). The other one is to open a FEDEX account, that way when they send the package it gets billed to your credit card. In the voucher you will fill out everything and put the FEDEX account on the payment portion of the form. The VO asked for the voucher to be used on a legal size envelope without folding. The COPR documents are legal size.

Congrats, I will only send the label. They dont ask to send an envelope from the states, just the label. Did they ask you to send photos?
