Decision Made in 2014

Hi Guys,

My Ecase is update with "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." I have completed my medical 8th Jan 2014 and submitted all other requested documents(RPRF, forms, passport copies, police clearance etc..) on 24th Feb 2014. what does this implies?

This means that you visa application has been officially approved and you will receive your visas soon. Congrats!

It is almost always a positive sign. It only becomes a negative sign if a decision made is issued prior to request of some necessary documents. In your case, all relevant documents were requested and you have submitted them accordingly. So relax and happy waiting.

I am planning to move to Calgary in April. For the flights that go through US airports, it is written that Transit Visa may be required.


What does this means ??

We cant travel on these flights without having transit visa ??

Generally u require "Transit visa IF you need to change airport or to go out of airport'.

i wonder why u have booked into such a flight which has put u thorough this cumbersome process.
There are many flights which may take u to ur destination (Calgary) from New Delhi, per say.
Transit visa can be obtained from US consulate in India prior to ur departure or at the PORT OF ENTRY IN USA FOR UR ONWARD JOURNEY TO UR DESTINATION IN CANADA(CALGARY)

U may contact the office of the CARRIER /AIRLINE FOR FURTHER DETAIL.

nicky we cannot be sure take my case isend remedicals and pps 1 and half months back ,after that no updates ...their is no confirmation on when i will be thru..

Actually this our third medical, our First medical is in Feb-2013 and my spouse medical in Nov-2013 and my in March-2014...I think PPR will come shortly... i wish!!!!!!!!!!!!!
