Hi BINSON....dont worry very soon you get DM...ok let me know have you received any review letter or any thing after sending passports till date???? and anybody got refusal after getting DM.....If any application refused after sending medicals,passports and all other documents even getting status changed into DM???plz reply..thanx

I was also wondering how could u be made to wait thus far.Would u please confirm whether ur ecas has been updated with "MEDICAL RECPT" line?
As stated in my last PM ,if U had sent ur medical completion form to VO on Jan 31,2014, ur medical reports ought to have been reassessed by the designated MO at NDVO,assuming that they were sent by the DMP ,well in time. Please check it from the DMP who had examined u .

It is my considered opinion that re -medical is required only in doubtful cases ,such as PA Or any of his/her dependent has some health problem which requires periodical monitoring OR some part of BG still needed to be reviewed by VO-SPECIAL SECURITY CHECK ,per say.

In either case, please wait for a week and send a very polite and soft language FAX MASSAGE followed hard COPY through courier ,SUPERSCRIBING THE WORDS " URGENT AND PERSONAL ATTENTION OF VISA OFFICER" .

Ur concern is legitimate and calls for being addressed without loss of time.I sincerely pray to God to help u out ,at the earliest.

nicky we cannot be sure take my case isend remedicals and pps 1 and half months back ,after that no updates ...their is no confirmation on when i will be thru..

I'm anxious. Someone please help me clear something off my mind.

We had PPR last Feb 11.
Sent the passports together with photos and Appendix A on Feb 14. (Note: the passports will expire on Sept 2014)
Feb 18, we received a call from VO that our passports will be returned to us and we have to renew it.
Feb 20, We received the passports and everything in the envelope. (envelope and appendix A was stamped "received"
So we got new passports and sent it again, along with photos and the new details about the passports in the Appendix A.

My question is, will the VO understand that those are new passports w/ new passport # and get on with the stamping already?
Won't we have any further problem? Thanks!

yvanna ji,

Assuming that u had sent back the receipted APPENDIX A with old and new PPT(s) along with photographs under ur cover letter, explaining therein the facts,there should not be any problem.The Docs. sent by u will be put back in ur file for further process.

But what if I did not send back the receipted Appendix A and old passports?
Just the new Passports and the updated Appendix A?

I hope there would be no problem. I e-mailed the VO and explained to them anyway.
