Dear all

Can anybody help me on process of short landing and what is the minimum time line I have to stay in Canada?. Thanks!!!

There is no particular time line for which one has to stay in Canada after completing landing formalities . Yes,to be on safer side,one should stay at the intended place in Canada TILL one's SIN,HEALTH ND PR CARDS are delivered.A few friends in the forum had reportedly got back to their native places without their PR cards but ensured that at the time of reentry they were in possession of the same so as to avoid any unpleasant/disconcerting situation.

thanks everyone for all those who supported me in these so many years finally got the correction done on all my family visa just in one day at ndvo now the challenge is to reach canada before 20th March as we have to undergo a process for getting pr card of my son who is already in Canada God only knows what's in store for us there. But a big thanks to everyone in the forum.

Thank you Parhar actually my visa and that of my dependants is set to expire on 28th March so is it possible to get is extended in any way from CIC or it is necessary that we have to travel together before this date for applying SIN cards?

U are welcome,Sir/MADAM.

Request for "Extension of visa" may not be accepted by VO. U and ur dependent accompanying members have to land before expiry of visa. Yes, principal applicant has an option to land first ,followed by his/her family members. But then, it has to be essentially before VISA expires .

No, I am not .
