Hi GUys ,

I have applied through "ARIES International"in Dubai ,I've received file number in June 2009 ,and Submit my documents in October09 ,and then My TEF test in December 09 . In my E-cas ,it's shown "Decision made" :

We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 8, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Is this mean that my application rejected ? if so ,why it takes that much time to inform me ? please help

Thnks in advance !

What shall I do ? still did not receive any letter from CIC ,I feel sooooo down :'(
Hi,

Let's wait for CHC to contact you with regards to your application status. It is likely that your application is rejected. If yes, then, let's find out what the reason for rejection was and re-apply later. When you apply next time, you will know for sure that you will not get rejected. Do not feel upset. It is just another better opportunity.

However, continue to be positive, things might get changed.

Good Luck

Hi ,

Thanks for your reply mate ! I'll try to be positive ,is it normal that my consultant is not aware of this status ?? and not informing me? I'll visit him to find out tomorrow . I'll update you on the same ! Thanks again .

Sorry to tell you but if its before Medicals chances are that it is refusal. Or may be an error. Wait for letter.

Hi,
I believe that you have your immigration file number and so does your consultant and both of you have the access to your online application status. So your consultant is of course aware of the situation and probably he may not have much to say. What I am concerned about is you got into this situation when you have hired a consultant!!! ???
Let;s hope for the best and good luck!

Sorry. I went through the thing. Decision made before medicals. I got the refusal letter a week after. It was because of my occupation ( not on the 38 list). I then applied to Quebec and got accepted.
Good luck

Wait. If I were you, I would let the letter come in first. We have seen cases whereby "decision made " has changed to "in process" again.
