Yeah.BobbyB is correct. I have also experienced these weird things. Once I tried to check my application status online (which I do like 10 times a day ;D) and application status appeared saying" your application is not in our data base and has been removed" and I went like...what..!! and my heartbeats went ..dha ..dha dha..!! and then after few minutes later..application status was alright. the same with people responding to our email inquries..Mistakes!!!
So be prepared to experience. We cant blame them as they are dealing with so many applications a day.
