Guys, be happy at least they touched your application (when they asked for Addl. doc. or Senior officer going thru it).

In my case, I don't even know whether they have my file or misplaced it somewhere :P ....

No call, no Addl. doc. rqst , not even replying to any of my emails (3rd one sent today)

DD: Same situation with my application. OINP requested additional docs to Feb end applicants and Mar. My date is Feb 16. :'( :'(
What can we deduce from this random requests. :'( :'(

Medicals are valid only for 1 year. They are going to expire. I think You should do medical again. Bestofluck and Other seniors members Please correct me if I am wrong.

I agree to this. Even being CEC expecting PR in 2 months is not going to happen.

@DigitalDestiny

I am in same situation as yours.. 24 june AOR and no update since then.. My file was at second stage 15 days back, hoping that it should have atleast moved forward by now..

and Guys,
90 days for applying after ITA , this will be applied to all applicants (those already in pool) starting 19 nov , right!!

Yes, you can accept Ontario nomination and you will get an ITA in the next draw. If you propose to go ahead with Ontario nomination and eAPR submission, then you can do so. However, please note you will have to withdraw the paper based application as you cannot have two active PR applications at the same time.

Thanks a lot. If i accept go ahead with this too i'll lose the fees paid already for the paper based nomination, right?

Only deduction is we are helpless, going foward, without PNP nomination FSW outlands will have almost no chance for direct ITA.

OINP is only taking advantage of our situation, they have our fee, they have our documents it's upto them to process them or sit on them for years like they did to CanadaWeCome, Rafzy and all.

Fees are non-refundable post AoR and it won't be different for paper based applications. You can give a shot though, no harm.

Well, we can only hope (that's what we are anyhow doing since past 1 year !).

Looks to me OINP was instructed to go slow by IRCC, as in the next few draws IRCC would want to clear all the applicants whose score would abruptly go up thanks to the changes in CRS score criterion. Just my speculation .....

Hi ,

I got nomination on 10 Nov midnight.

Now , After ITA, while submitting documents, do i need to upload all me job experience letters (have 3 jobs in past 5 years) or only the latest one (as with latest job is of more than 1 year duration, which qualify cic criteria) and rest is 600 points of nomination.

The reason why i am asking is , in my oldest job , my name is abc + surname.
however in my current job and previous job, my name is abc . i.e. no surname, even my passport have surname field blank.
So if i share the old experience , does cic may raise any objection?

Hey Dec people..
Have all the dec applicants got their nominations?
No news of nominations from a couple of days.
