What is procedural fairness letter, does people get it after decision phase email ??bestofluck said:after procedural fairness letter there is a little chance to appeal.
yes it might be before or after additional doc req. Recently a few applicants from December got it and they give few days to respond.Cecinland198715 said:What is procedural fairness letter, does people get it after decision phase email ??

I basically understand that FSW will now have to depend upon PNP with increase in CRs points for PR. They have divided the 2 now. Direct ITA for CEC and indirect for FSW. this only means the process for CEC will be 6 months and for FSW through PNp will be one year. but the chances of getting PR will not reduce.MZASAM said:bestofluck, rajkamalmohanram, Digital, Maged, All Members
1. Will there be any impact of the new CRS calculation for FSW who are currently in the pool
2. Will the applicants with AoR with OINP get impacted
3. Any delays in Nominations due to the new system changes
Thanks in advance

Now it will be worth watching for changes in the way PNP invite applicants. There will be more options now for fsw going through PNp so nothing much to worry.
No it wont make any diff because PNP points are the same 600.MZASAM said:
Bestofluck: My query is related to current OINP applicants with AoR? waiting for NoMs
Thanks a lot. bestofluck, OINP is randomly issuing the additional docs request to applicants from Oct-Mar. Oct/Nov/Dec applicants are waiting for NoM.bestofluck said:No it wont make any diff because PNP points are the same 600.

OINP is now requesting additional docs from Feb/Mar(Again no order, randomly) skipping Jan applicants. It seems different teams are working, hence they are not able to follow FCFS ....
