FSW of Dec's last week are still being asked for add. Docs. Any news at your side mate? I had the ECA request 12th Oct..yet still no news there after..maybe we won't be asked for anything :'(

After that - silence.

I think if anyone gers rejected, he/she will surely update here asking for suggestions about apeal.

yes it might be before or after additional doc req. Recently a few applicants from December got it and they give few days to respond.

Ask around in the November thread. Quite a few people got PFL. Check with them if this was after their file was in decision phase.

1. Will there be any impact of the new CRS calculation for FSW who are currently in the pool
2. Will the applicants with AoR with OINP get impacted
3. Any delays in Nominations due to the new system changes

I basically understand that FSW will now have to depend upon PNP with increase in CRs points for PR. They have divided the 2 now. Direct ITA for CEC and indirect for FSW. this only means the process for CEC will be 6 months and for FSW through PNp will be one year. but the chances of getting PR will not reduce.

Now it will be worth watching for changes in the way PNP invite applicants. There will be more options now for fsw going through PNp so nothing much to worry.

No it wont make any diff because PNP points are the same 600.

OINP is now requesting additional docs from Feb/Mar(Again no order, randomly) skipping Jan applicants. It seems different teams are working, hence they are not able to follow FCFS ....

Buddy, 8) We all really need some serious psychological therapy later on.. What a stressful process, i mean just do not leave us hanging for a year like we are some kinda bad divorce fight ;D

The team allotted to Nov is now working for Feb and Mar and the team working for Dec will take up Jan....LOL
