Addl. docs request received by maged_mmh & Sunny_CV shows OINP is again back to it's standard pace.

May be the nomination spike of last weekend was solely due to month end which triggered a sincere effort by OINP officials to meet their monthly targets.

Not only monthly target, they too have a yearly target. Everyone has to be nominated by the end of this year. Hope the remaining group app. get add doc req this week. Thursdays have been always good.

Hi Seniors,

Today, I have received additional documents request. I applied in FSW category and facing issues while responding to following queries:

OINP requires that you have the intention to reside in Ontario. Please submit:
- Information/ documentation in support of your intention to reside in Ontario such as evidence of Ontario Labour Market Research, employment prospects for jobs related to your experience, job search/leads, any communications with employers in Ontario with potential job offers/ opportunities related to your professional background and experience.

>> I have not done anything they mentioned above. I already supplied them with 'Intention to reside to Ontario' letter earlier when I prepared the package in December so not sure what should I write extra in it now ?

A clear indication of how many hours you work per week, and your hourly wage.

>> My employer is not ready to put hours per week on the reference letter nor I work on hourly basis. Please help in responding to this question as well.

you can show them the job opportunities and demand in ON for your NOC. Also show them the evidence that you have registered with job banks and have been searching for job since long.

Give them evidence of office timings in any form which will show the hours worked in a day. Take a letter from manager or senior confirming the number of hours and office timings. you will find office timings on website or sign board or any other place. search for that. you can write them that the timing of office indicates the number of hours you work daily. search your payslip if there are any holidays or leave where the salary is deducted. remove those hours. Make a list of working days and calculate number of hours for each year and put it in the form of table and send them.

e.g

year Total work days Total Holidays Total leave taken working hours per day total working hours /year

2011-2012 241 124 14 8 1816



get this table signed and stamped by manager or HR
remember they will not calculate anything by themselves, so always give them calculations in form of tables

not just thursday... even saturday was good last week

just to reiterate guys who have not recd nominations - dont lose hope, nomination will come when it has to come... good things come to those who wait... trust me once you receive the nomination you will even forget the pain you went through during the last year... Also case is probably delayed coz some case officers are slower than the others...

is there anyone in Dec group who have not recd either nomination or additional docs request ? i hope not.. .

That's true but we don't know how many they have nominated in total in 2016 and how much more room is there for 2016. This year they haven't published half year report as well.

Other thing we don't know is how many people are ahead of us in express entry pool or atleast number of people in the range of points like 400-450, 450-500 etc than we can have some more insight on express entry.

Only way possible to expedite process is either they go online like other provinces or they increase the temporary workforce who work on additional document and and analyst can work more fast towards the completion of file and forward ahead for decision to senior officer.

Let's hope they do some magical and amazing work in November and release the workload before going to Christmas vacation and give chance to enjoy everyone.

Who is your officer? Why didn't you send your docs by email?

The officer reviewing my case is VK. The lawyer following up on my case insisted I send them by mail not email plus I couldn't send them all in one email so she preferred I send them via courier.


Who is also being reviewed by officer VK? does she usually release nominations fast?

Lets assume 4 mb means 1 day...so you will get nomination in 4 - 5 days

Guys, I have already sent all documents requested on 31st Oct.

Just now I got a call from OINP to inquire about my SINP processing. My SINP application got rejected in Jan'2015 due to in-sufficient funds and I mentioned the same to them too. As per their request, I have sent them the SINP rejection letter which I have got from SINP. The lady over call was mentioning, once she receives the letter, she will move the file to senior officer.

Will there be any issue like I had applied for SINP and rejected? Is there anyone in the same boat and got nominated?

My heart is beating much faster...
