December Application OINP

Hi Seniors,

Today, I have received additional documents request. I applied in FSW category and facing issues while responding to following queries:

OINP requires that you have the intention to reside in Ontario. Please submit:
- Information/ documentation in support of your intention to reside in Ontario such as evidence of Ontario Labour Market Research, employment prospects for jobs related to your experience, job search/leads, any communications with employers in Ontario with potential job offers/ opportunities related to your professional background and experience.

>> I have not done anything they mentioned above. I already supplied them with 'Intention to reside to Ontario' letter earlier when I prepared the package in December so not sure what should I write extra in it now ?

A clear indication of how many hours you work per week, and your hourly wage.

>> My employer is not ready to put hours per week on the reference letter nor I work on hourly basis. Please help in responding to this question as well.

Hello all,

I have a situation. When I first created the EE profile, my previous job position was Software Developer, which is of NOC Code: 2174. Just before a month, I have got a position as Software Engineer in Test (based on my spouse's work permit), which I feel is NOC Code: 2173. What should I do for this? How to communicate this to OINP and how to update my profile in EE? Please help

Thank you guys for your replies. my Lawyer suggested I send them via courier! They will receive them on Wednesday EOD which is the 9th day of the 15 given calendar days! Anyone being assessed by officer VK as well ? if yes, after how many days you received an update regarding decision phase or anything else?

My officer is VK as well. She called my Reference person today, which is weird. I didn't even expect that they would call my friend who lives in Toronto. I hope she is satisfied with the answers she received. My friend said she was very friendly.

Hey, you should get ITA in this round according to bestofluck...

Provided they dont exceed the number 2080 before you get 600 points. They cannot issue more ITA than declared.

Thanks for keeping this thread alive.

I just got nominated, and 600 points were added immediately. I wish I'd get ITA today, I wish!

Addl. docs request received by maged_mmh & Sunny_CV shows OINP is again back to it's standard pace.

May be the nomination spike of last weekend was solely due to month end which triggered a sincere effort by OINP officials to meet their monthly targets.

Hey Guys,

Not sure what's the criteria for nominations... I got AOR way back on 12th April but I haven't got any nomination yet. I had sent updated proof of funds as requested on 1st October...

This is really frustrating and I am losing hope now. My profile expires on 7th Nov.

Not sure what is happening.

When OINP transfers nomination to new EE profile, will OINP mail nomination certificate again? As I understand, nomination certificate has EE profile no and job code.

Doesn't sounds good. Create new profile once it get expire, notify OINP.
My profile expire in 3 weeks, me too waiting for the same.

2017 immigration plans are declared by the IRCC. More preference given to Economic Class and PNP.

I just got a reply for the mail I had dropped 12 days back...they confirmed that they have recieved my electronic eca report and my file is with processing officer...processing officer?Huh Does it mean my file has moved ahead or it's still untouched?

Hello People, I got additional documents request on 24.10.2016 and my package via courier was received on 01.11.2016! Yesterday an email was sent to ask about the package and they have confirmed that they received it

I received decision phase email on 12th Oct. and no response after that.
Im Dec 8th Applicant. my officer is NP. anybody getting nominations from same officer?
Not sure what the situation is. Should I call, seniors please suggest.

My EE profile has become ineligible before the docs request, I recreated new profile and have sent all details to OINP. Will this be the reason for dealy. because I have seen most of the dec applicants after 8th are getting nominations.
