Does anyone for how long this OINP nomination is valid once you accept it?

If I get an ITA but choose not to apply, will I continue to have 600 points in my account and be eligible for next ITA?

And, are we going to get any certificate from OINP? It seems, one of the documents required at the time of applying for PR is "PNP certficate"

Hi,

Have recently faxed "change of personal information" copy to "Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program" as they asked to either mail or fax.. I did fax.. But how to confirm my latest address updated at OINP.. as I'm going to receive nomination certificate through mail.. I want to make sure they have my correct address. Please clarify...

Hey guys, yesterday I was contacted through email from officer VK and the following was requested :
1. Pay stubs or bank statetement that shows my two companies ) the current and the prevoius salaries)
2. Job description as my employment letter does not give but brief description
3. My direct supervisor contact details in both companies in case they wanted to get back to them for any explanation
4. Bank statement shows that I have the adequate requested money for the program 12,160 CAD

ONe thing is that I already sent my detailed job description sometime after my application submission and my AOR issue. Is it ok to get it printed and signed and sent again or should I do sth else ?
And they said I can email the documents but each request in one compressed file. Which means that I have to send 3 files, one for each job and the bank statement. Right ?

Your nomination is valid for 6 months after you accept it. You will keep getting ITAs during that period. After 6 months, your nomination will expire and you'll lose 600 points.

Yes, it should be fine. Ensure it covers sufficient details as appropriate for your NOC. You can search for templates on this forum.

Yes. That sounds about right. Include an LOE with details of what is inside zip files so that investigating officer can easily scan through the documents.

While sending documents, in email reply, mention what attachments should the officer refer to for each request. Easier you make job for officer, faster will your application move to next phase.

Yes, send them in email and one file for each bullet point you mentioned, that is, three files: pay stubs, POF, and job status.

By looking at the current trend that many November and October applications are waiting for nomination and even early December waiting for nomination and late December applicants are getting nomination so I believe they will soon start or already started looking at January applications.

In another thread I came to know that 30th December FSW application got nomination.

I'm a newbie to this group, and after reading most of the experiences shared by the members, gives me a ray of hope that i'm not the only one lagging behind.

Woke up in mid Sep 2016 and stumbled upon this forum, that's when i came to know that their is something called as AOR which the applicant must receive. since i did not recollect seeing any email with the subject AOR, decided to drop an email to check on the status of my application. Got a standard reply that its pending with investigator analyst.

On 30th Sep 2016 while clearing all my spams, i noticed an email from Ontario.ca intimating my AOR and file no XX-XXXX dated 24th June 2016. which also had a message that your demand draft has expired, pls submit a new one and till such time we receive the new DD we will not process your application and it will be kept on hold. Was literally cursing myself for all this delay.

Got the demand draft made for 1500 CAD, sent it via DHL express cargo and got the DD acknowledgement on 3rd Oct 2016. Got an email on 4th asking for WES credential evaluation and sent the duplicate copy to them through WES website.


on 16th Oct 2016 got an email stating your documents have moved to assessment phase and you will be contacted soon for any documentation clarification. After one hour got another email, from Officer VK asking for last two yrs pay stubs, bank statement showing salary credit, increment letter, proof of funds and letter of intention. Compiled everything in one pdf and replied back on the same email on 19th October 2016.

That's my roller coaster journey so far. waiting for more updates and keeping my fingers crossed as my exp entry profile will expire by 6th Nov 2016.

I got my nomination on the 19th October. I am just hoping for a draw on the 2nd of November as my EE expires on the 6th.

Can you guys please clear my doubt on this? If he receives the ITA on 2nd November and if the profile expires on 6th, should he submit all the required docs to CIC before 6th? Or don't we require the Express Entry Profile after the ITA and our acceptance? Please clarify what is to be done once we receive the ITA and the role of a valid Express Entry profile thereafter? Should we create a new Profile to keep it valid to send the docs(eAPR) to CIC within the provided 60 days period.
