Sending more than asked is always good. You must at least send 12 months cons. so that NOC is confirmed.

I suggest send 12 months prior to your application date i.e before December 2015 + after December 2015 till date.

Indian got through to the phone number and got to know that my application is with the senior officer, he said I may not have to send any additional docs. However I have not received any mail stating the same. Is this ok?how close am into the nomination?

Yes, without assessment/decision emails? There are applicants who got NoMs without additional docs.
These mails are a sheer waste of time. We have no option then to follow the protocol

Why am I stating: By this time you and DD should have should have got the request!!!

I'm alarmed :'( :'( But don't go to snooze mode..
