December Application OINP

Hi All

I submitted my nomination application by dec28th 2015 and receive AOR in June 2016, this also included a request to send a new DD since old one had expired, we sent it immediately but did not receive a receipt for this, sent them numerous mails asking for the same but no response . 2 to 3 weeks back i received request to authorize WES to send a copy of ECA to them directly, this was also done immediately. Now I don't know what's happening with my application . I tried the number , not sure which option to select. Can anyone guide me on this ? Also, tentative timelines fir me to receive nomination?

There is no a certain timeline for a nomination. Some are really fast and some not.

In order to finalize the assessment of your application, please provide the following documents by the deadline specified below:


1. Update on the status of your separate application to (other province) provincial nominee program.

2. Evidence of having applied for an extension of your legal status in Canada, given the approaching expiry of your Study Permit in xxxx date

3. Update on your current employment and/or studies, as of October

4. Updated bank statements indicating your current level of savings. Please note that a single applicant must demonstrate access to at least $12,164 CAD in equivalent - in readily available, unencumbered funds.


for the bank statements, it doesn't specify how many statements to be sent!?

Applied for OINP on Dec 18th 2015
Finally got Nominated on Oct 21st 2016

Inland CEC applicant

We have a new born boy baby. We updated OINP application form by including him and also sent his Birth Certificate.

Now when I tried to update MyCIC profile,

under Personal Details:

under Family:

We need to know some information about XXX's family. Tell us about his/her family.
How many family members does XXX have? (This includes XXX, a spouse or partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.)

now i selected 3


(For OINP initially we have shown 15,143 but then when we got a call from OINP following Information Request email, they asked us to show funds for family member of 3, so we shown 18,617.)

In MyCIC, earlier I have given 0 in funds

How much money (in Canadian dollars) will XXX bring to Canada to support themselves and their family?

0

Do I have to change it to 18,617 or No need to show funds for CEC?

Can I use the funds which we have shown to OINP for my expenses or do I have to still hold the money ?

Except the number of family members field, there are no other fields available to provide my baby's information in MyCIC Profile.
I have the MyCIC profile with me and my wife's details. Please let me know what to do next.

Can anyone guide me on this?

you need to show the funds for 3, CEC is not exception unless you have a job offer
