As per November thread if it will take 1.5-2 months for a response then December applicants may expect process to begin November-jan. That is going by the response of the officer, November applicants should receive nominations in 2 months time. So enjoy all the holidays from now until December. Next year we shall start with Ircc procedures

OINP dont work during DEC - JAN period. So its starts with FEB.
More over our all our EE profiles will get expired by the time, attaching New EE profile in place of OLD one will take time for this huge no of applicants.

last time, we guessed they may encash our DD within the time frame, finally it got expired. So think about it.......

@ JMRG and rashantrv83 things have changed since than. OINP diligently worked on processing timings and has proved it in last 2 months. Hope they will still speed up and give nominations to all of us before the end of this year. !!!!

They will simultaneously work in all aspect. Soon we will receive phone calls and additional doc requests. I Expect nominations to start by 15th September. Soon we will hear some applicants of December group receiving phone calls. may be they avoid the whole additional doc process and simply the proces later on.

Endless loop again -> applied -> AOR after 9months -> OINP finally starting reviewing the application -> profile expires -> request to create a new profile -> submitted -> put aside -> after an unknown period of time -> review again -> require additional documents -> Language test results expired -> took the language test -> submitted new language test -> 2018 is coming.



Realistically, I think they are aiming to clear Nov and Dec applicants by the end of OCT, or the IRCC has already make plans to extend existing EE profiles to be valid for 2 years.

December applicants tighten up the seat belts. Some of the applicants may receive phone calls within 15 days from now. It will not be first cum first basis like AOR and will be random. So anyone can get such a call because processing time for each application is different. Especially single applicant file gets processed faster than application with 4 members. It also depends on officer in charge and how fast he moves the file. But we can definitely expect some of our files moving to next stage in 15 days.

Keep your mobiles with you guys. FSW applicants were not given phone calls in past, but now to speed up the process they have started giving phone calls.
(I guess not everyone will get a phone call, but only a few ). Most of the phone calls are received early in the morning EST CANADA time 9 A M. Keep your phone charged guys

Expecting a bit Bigger Draw this time will not be exaggerating. IRCC will create some space in the pool because OINP is going to give many nominations next month. I see a Draw over 1000 ITA today !!!!! :-X :-X

I appreciate that you are giving hope to people who have been waiting for nominations for more than 6 months. But, these things are happening from last 6 months. Some randomly selected person, may be a set of people, gets nominated in a month or 2 months and we all get excited again.

But, there will be always sense of doubt in all of us regarding nominations. Many people are still waiting from October, November, and December months for nominations. Don't assume that number of people who got AOR from these three months is small. The people on this platform is subset of the bigger set. We don't have the exact numbers. We all are speculating on some video or excel sheet that we have been seeing in the forum.

OINP has made a big mistake of not prioritizing nominations, instead of issuing AORs to all the candidates. I am not sure what to say, but at the end, speculations win this phase of or PR journey.

Watch the activities of OINP in last month and especially last three to 4 days !!!! not me it gives hopes to all of us. They have made their intentions clear about giving nominations as soon as possible., There was a stage when everyone lost the hopes and thought nominations might be shifted to 2017. But things have reversed. We always see OINP from our reference of frame and think they makes so many mistakes.

Its all positive now. time to forget the past and enjoy the process now.

Well, though I cannot make a comment on the draw size, I believe that in August and September, the remainder of the October applicants and the November applicants might start getting nominations. There were sporadic nominations in May and July. However, 2 late November applicants reported getting calls and additional document requests yesterday (and on last Saturday). It is clear that they are working on November files. Let us just hope all of us get through this ordeal ASAP!

Could you please tell us if you got any additional document requests and/or calls from officers?

We have the same dates of submission and almost same dates of AOR. Good luck and all the very best!!

I feel the processing of applications of October and November would be different from December onward applications. There will be change in system after all October November nominations are given.

1. They may not ask for additional documents instead put up a common update to send POF revised docs, like ECA
2. They may not give phone calls to everyone and directly nominate most of them.( only doubtful case for NOC and duties might be contacted)
3. They might update names of all nominated on the OINP UPDATE page and give mass nominations

I would really like to believe that everything is positive now and there is some activity going on. I agree that somebody got additional document request and someone got call and maybe few nominations were given. But I am sure this thing has happened few months back. I am not sure you remember or not, when Dec guys were waiting for AOR and most of November guys had got AOR. Also, during that duration many Nov guys got additional doc request. We all were in happy phase and were speculating that after 10-20 days of getting additional documents request, the Nov guys will get nomination.

But, at the end what happened we all know. It's 6 month down the line, we are in the same queue. We also don't know which person is first in queue, and who will be the last.

I really want to believe some magic will happen, but the happiness phase has just got gloomy for me. It is just one of those occasional event that makes us excited again. By the time if I get nomination, I would have to create new EE profile as my current profile will get expired in Sept. I don't see myself getting nominated in August.

For the first time in my life, I am scared that I should not be changing job as I would need to send new set of documents to Ontario. What if I am not able to get the required documentation. Never ever has this happened to me before. Life revolves around Ontario now.

But, you never now when your patience will start paying the benefit. I really hope that everything ends well for me and everyone who has been waiting for so long to get nomination and PR.
