I am worried bcz my work permit expiring end of this week.

Unfortunately you are going to have a struggle. Even if by chance you do get your nomination this week, you will need to get an ITA.

Even for a BOWP, you need to get your R10 completed post eApr so I guess you would need to return back to your home country / get an extension on your work permit to continue in Canada under your current circumstances.

I received notification to apply from OINP on 13 th November
File received on 7th December
AOR : May 5th
I got call last week from one officer and he asked me for some documents which I submitted, and this Monday they email me that my file is referred to senior processing officer. Any one aware about this situations ???? how long time senior officer take to review an application ??? any idea guys...

I'm in the same situation, I got a call from an officer on 07/06, was asked to send additional docs and later got an email saying my app is referred to a senior officer(21/06). BUT my work permit expired a day before that on 20/06. And i called, emailed, faxed the PNP office, talked to a MP office, called the officer back who asked me questions and to send docs and nobody did anything to expedite the process for me. So i honestly don't know how they decide what app gets priority. They had 6 months to look at mine and they didn't.

When did they receive your new DD?

My EE profiled expired on July 6. I received my new CELPIP test results on the same day. I created a new EE profile last night and updated my job seeker account with the new EE profile number and the new Job Seeker validation code. The problem is that my EE is still pending on my Job Bank registration!

Has anybody had similar problem before?

It is mandatory to send WES report, so why are you waiting for them to ask you to send one. It will prolong your processing time. Just send them immediately to get your nomination faster.

November applicants are still waiting. A few October applicants are still waiting. You will get it when your turn comes. As long as you have provided sufficient and authentic documents, I don't see why they'll reject you.
