just received AOR & receipt from OINP. my DD was getting expired today.

File reached December 18th, FSW Outland

I already received nomination from SINP, so probably will withdraw OINP.

I am CEC Inland Dec 15. So still haven't got AOR. I supposed they were going on first come first base but I think that doesn't apply to my case. Is it normal?

I have been trying calling them since Monday but no one answered. I called them two times around may mid they said : two different things 'its in final stage and I will hear in 1-2 weeks' and 'no officer has been assigned so will have to wait".

When was your file reached to that department? they will answer that on call. May be due to some problems your file have reached to the department late!

I dropped it myself at ONIP office in Toronto downtown.

Once every week! Got the same answer everyweek, except for the times they were not able to find my files.

They said you will hear from us soon!

I've to satisfy myself with the fact that at least my file is on desk not in any queue anymore.
