My application reached Dec 18 and even I am restless!
Everytime my phone rings because it receives a mail I immediately check it! LOL

Got My AOR yesterday following are my application's Time Frame. Please update me on the speardsheet.

EE Profile Created: 30th Nov 2015
OINP ITA : 2nd Dec 2015
Application Sent: 14th Jan 2016
Application Received: 18th Jan 2016
AOR Received : 8th June 2016
WP Expiring : 1st week of August 2016
CEC INLAND

Also can anyone tell me what would be net step after AOR? Is there any link in this forum to follow?

Someone from jan 2016 thread got aor. WP expiring july 2016. Hopefully some of the dec 2015 applicants also hear from them today.

accept your ITA and apply, really obvious.
the whole point of nomination is to get an ITA!

What I meant to ask was would OINP return my application along with $1500 as it would be a lost cause.

Same here,my points increased from 448 to 473 last week because of experience,waiting for next draw and 29th. Dec applicants

you can try to ask them for returning the money order, but as per their last communique, they indicated that it's unlikely they're going to accept withdrawals

It's a point to question as ones profile gets locked upon accepting ITA, hence even if OINP gives AOR by that time it's of no use.

yes I understand quite well, but the last we heard from OINP they're claiming the CAD1500 are "processing fees", hence they are keeping it for processing regardless of the outcome.

you may ask for it by all means though, no harm in that, but only after you accepted the ITA in order not to lose everything

I think they would return the money if one requests for it before he/she gets AOR from OINP. But if you ask for the money after getting AOR then there is no way it will be returned.

they are hardly clear on their policy, so one can never be certain

Hi,
I've received AOR yesterday.

It's nt mentioned in my AOR that OINP wants ECA from the assessing institution.
Rather wait for further instructions from OINP than undulating them wit queries and sending any documents related to ECA unless asked that's my opinion.

I will advice you send them the ECA before waiting for them to ask. It saves you some reasonable processing time. Afterall you will still have to send as it is a strong requirement at the processing stage. So why waste time ?..

You must have informed us yesterday itself, as you know it was three days and no news of AOR, we start guessing so many things. Who knows this better than Dec. applicants !

8th June received means it's night time where I live so I couldn't possibly have checked my mail in the night

You'll get an email from them on your registered email ID with file number of your application and acknowledgement of DD payment.
