Here's some exciting updates.

Submitted OINP application in December
Received AOR on May 4th
Got nominated just now!

So that's true. They are expediting the process eventually.

The problem is OINP raised expectation by announcing 90 days processing but now they are not able to keep their words.

If the quota was over in Nov. 2015, why were they sending NOI till Mid-Feb when they knew fully well that they cannot process the applications in 90 days.

Isn't it misrepresentation on their part to collect $1500 "non-refundable" draft while highlighting 90 day processing cycle, which they knew fully well, was not achievable.

To be fair, according to application guide it states 90 days after receiving AOR.

They will not encash draft till they find application eligible, and when they find it eligible they will not throw it away.

But yes, they should have kept the promise of 90-day commitment.
