If you are in Toronto suggest you visit OINP office and ask them prodding questions. If you are in some other province, call them on their general enquiry line and ask them questions.

Most likely, they will tell you the same story "2015 Quota over in Nov. - your new submission date is 7-Mar-2016 - U will hear from us in 90 days -Have patience" ...... but no harm in trying. At least, you will have more clarity and satisfaction of obtaining first hand info.

Not an official statement. Just an observation derived from what OINP folks told to forum members who recently called or emailed OINP to enquire .

Many 1-8th dec. applicants already received their AORs.

145 days of waiting isn't an easy thing .. I have just taken IELTS three days ago to score CLB 9 and the result will be out after ten days. I have a chance to score more than 450 and I really regret that I only depended on the nomination and didn't take the test during the last months. In case that I scored CLB 9 and received AOR I would not be able to get the fees back right? anyway waiting is the only option now..

I just don't understand being a first world country believing on dignity, does not even bother to provide a proper status even after charging fees for the service. It seems their statement is also not correct ... as CIC report says OINP issued 871 nominations in 2015, where as OINP says they exhausted the CAP.

Even if they have exhausted their own Quota by Nov, 2015 then why did they send PT notification in Dec, 2015.

Seems like it is just a money making fraud organization, taking advantage of our eagerness and need.

Thats your case number , not a file number file numbers looks like XHSW-160YYXX and YY is the most interesting.

What's the diff between a case no and file no???

I agree. You need to pay to WES for ECA as well as duplicate ECA ... you need to pay to OINP, you need to pay lot from your pocket and fill their chest. On top of that not sure about the current job market in Canada. The job bank is the worst database. My NOC is 2174 (s/w) and other than s/w jobs I keep getting floor manager, front desk operations jobs. Complete mismatch and my experience is not a good one.

It depends on the case officer, sometimes, they can ask you for the proofs or at least what efforts have you undertaken in this regard. Job Bank is only a formality to activate your Express Entry profile.

OINP require permission to access WES which is run by canada itself.
It doesnt end with IELTS, WES, RPRF and VISA fees. There is a lot more waiting once we reach there.
Provinces like NS, PEI, NB and Quebec too are giving nominations for the people with no job offer (No Fees at all).
