May I ask what is "NLA mail"?

That is the email you get when your profile expires and OINP can not access it and the ask you to confirm if you have accepted Nomination from another province

I am making new EE profile. My old one expired today. What should I answer to "have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before" as I have applied to OINP and been requested for docs? Kindly help.

It should be no. YOU haven't applied to ircc before.
