omg i'm loving the hype.. i hope everyone gets nominated!!

for those who got nomination after additional docs request, do they usually ask for additional docs more than once? i.e. they asked for WES original copy, so i ordered one right away. Will they ask again for something else? Or does it mean it is the only doc they need to have before taking decision?

Guys......something out-of-the-world happened to me three hours ago.....just one day after getting the decision phase email, got NOMINATED....cant believe it...just cannot....
Given my NOC, I believe this nomination may help dispel the theories about NOC based nominations.....

I have been a silent follower of this excellent thread and have learned many things and facts from this thread. I am a December applicant, FSW and I started with 406 and then got 400 and now it is under 400 as a result of aging. At the time of AOR, my CRS was 400 and after that it fell down under 400. I read previously on this thread that there is an exception if the CRS decrease because of aging. but, It is not the law of Ontario. In fact, it is the law of CIC. I am not sure what will happen to me. Does any one have the same situation or know what will happen to me? Honestly, I am deeply concerned about it.

For some reason, OINP/IRCC thinks that if you have funds in your possession for 6 months then it CERTAINLY belongs to you. For any period less than that they want to know the source from which POF money actually originated.

As for future dated checks, what is the gurantee that they would clear ?. I don't think OINP will accept that as PoF. They want hard cash or money in some secured and easily liquidatable form as PoF. They don't even accept holdings in stocks or bonds for that matter . What if stock prices crash ?. I hope you get it.

Those checks are return of investments due in January. I had explained this in my application. The checks were due last Jan. When oinp was late i renewed my investment and now due Jan. 2017. Do you still think this won't pass?

Friends:

This week OINP has brought back the cheers to the forum with the NoM's. Let's hope and pray OINP expedites, issuing the NoMs in the weeks ahead.
The only element of surprise is the random issuance of NoMs. OINP apparently is not following the FCFS for reasons known to them.

The myth of CEC/FSW other streams priorities were speculations. OINP is issuing NoM's for all streams, irrespective of the NoCs.

I wish to see the seniors Oct, Nov applicants get their NoM's as they have been waiting in a decision phase for a very long time.

Can someone please help answer this question: If POF is requested from me can I send them a different bank statement from the one I sent earlier during the application. I intend to send the statement of account from another account of mine as I do not currently have the required amount in the previous account i used in applying.

Managerchap: Why do want to complicate the matter?.

Bank A : Statement you submitted as PoF. Now the required amount is not available.

Bank B: Transfer the amount to Bank A and submit the PoF with a LoE.

Hope you have both the accounts in your name.

Law of CIC is followed by all provinces unless mentioned on their sites. OINP follows the same , so you dont need to worry. Relax.

I too have the same situation, no worries, as you read, OINP confirmed.
