Yes I submitted my fathers Bank statement letter stating the transfer of funds from his account in Indian Rupees & Equivalent CAN $ to my bank
along with the cheque copies.

By the way the fund is parked in my bank and can take the statement any time.

@ MZASAM, my prediction remains the same. Nomination before 15th November !!! I see much of happening these days. Hope everyone gets nomination before November Ends.

Its fine. I did not put fathers bank Statement. I just put the affidavit with LOE and also Cheque copy. All clear now. I updated them what they wanted. Also the payslips.
you are okay with the POF. need not worry.

Friends:

Once you receive email from OINP requesting any info, additional docs, please do not guess, conclude with your perspectives about the request.

Without delay, simply follow the mail, and send the info, docs to OINP.

Share the details of the email on this forum, if you are in doubt about any point in the OINP email. There are several seniors, members who will
suggest, respond.

Please share the NOC and the details of your application. This will help other applicants who can prepare their info, docs even before getting the mail from OINP.

Indeed, OINP brought back the smiles and the hopes revived.

Congrats!!! to all NoM recipients.

Let's hope and pray the NoM,s for all the applicants with AoR's. :) :) :)

Mzazam -- +1 love this forum due to such friends over here...

Bestofluck: Very True; your instincts are / were real; you stated Nov 15, and we are extremely happy as OINP picked the pace.
OINP is working on WES, Additional docs, PoF etc all applicants from Oct...April...and now slowly started issuing NoMs.
OINP will repeat the atmospherics of AoRs..for NoMs, clear backlogs, inventory and start 2017 afresh.

I am praying for Oct/Nov guys who really must get their NoM,s before the next draw.. our NoM's can follow

Hi,

I had received a call from OINP on 28th September and was told that I need to send additional documents like payslips, proof of funds etc. However, I was also told that I would only need to reply to their email which will include proper details as in the period for which the payslips, or proof of funds are needed. I haven't yet received any email from them. Meanwhile, today I received an email from OINP saying Notification - Referral of Nominee Application to the Decision Phase.

In such case, should I go ahead and send the payslips and proof of funds proactively for a broad period or, should I wait for OINP to send me an email asking for those additional documents?

Please advise.

Thanks.

you must send the required documents as soon as possible.

All the application are in Decision phase while they ask for further documents. What they mention is if the documents are not recd within 15 days the decision will be taken on the basis of the documents already submitted. So dont take any sirk.

I think those who do not get Further Documents request need not worry because they will be nominated Directly. They will only send this request where it is necessary. :D :D :D

yes, I talked to OINP guy and though they were not much reliable before, the guy told me that if I've not received a call or request from officer then it means that they're satisfied with my initial documents.
Somehow he sounded reliable this time.

:o :o :o :o Ontario is only .10 %

Guys, maybe it's an old question but here it goes. I have got a police clearance certificate from FBI this May ( was waiting for it for 6 months). I have not been in the states since December of last year. Canadian immigration clearly states that the police checks should not be older than 3 months. Will my FBI certificate be just fine since I have never crossed the country ever since I got it?
