Hello Every Body

I just noted that i didn't submit my old passport copy along with my new one, my new one issued on 22nd of Dec 2015

and they received my application 29th of Dec.

what shall i do now? send it with a letter explaining my silly mistake? would they reject my application now?

send an email with the required documents to their email id. i don't think they'll reject your app

As per OINP requirement 'Your passport must have been valid for at least two years prior to submission of your nominee application. If your passport has not been valid for at least two years (i.e., the previous passport expired less than two years before the submission of the nominee application), then copies of all of the pages of your previous passport must also be included.'

According to OINP, one of the items mentioned with regard to the application package being incomplete is 'The required supporting documents are not provided'

If we are to go by the spirit of OINP Application Guide, your application package is incomplete. However, I would suggest that you send a polite email to OINP with a copy of your old passport requesting them to consider this document. I hope and wish they consider your request.

Yes, I agree with Stanlee..
I have read this a few more times in the last week so would be good if anyone on this forum informs when their application is rejected for this or if they receive aor!
