Hello Every Body

I just noted that i didn't submit my old passport copy along with my new one, my new one issued on 22nd of Dec 2015 and they received my application 29th of Dec.

what shall i do now? send it with a letter explaining my silly mistake? would they reject my application now?

As per OINP Guideline, you are supposed to send the old passport copy also along with the initial application. Even i missed the same and send them all the pages of old passport copies through mail, and i got AOR on 11th. So you dont have to panick, just send them with a letter of explanation. They will accept.

This is really good. So 8 of us received AOR this week. If its raining at this rate then 11th DEC onwards should be receiving theirs in the last week of April and 15th onwards in the 1st week of may.

what is good??? its already 4 months and you want 2 more months to get AOR? This is too slow. Than we have to wait 90 days for nomination also.They just give 4 nominations per week. hope they speed up

Once AOR is received what is OINP's next step? I have sent them duplicate ECA as requested. What is the expected time line when OINP will issue nomination?
Can anyone provide some clarity on this.

I am having a thought on why no AOR yet from OINP for me who submitted 2nd Dec.

I remember reading on the forum sometime ago about a guy who got refused OINP nomination because he had a baby in the US and schooling at the same time in the US.

Now we had our baby in the US and i am wondering if that will negate any ties to Ontario we have. Our only ties are actually my friend who is a student and lives in Ontario and my job applications via LinkedIn to jobs in Ontario.

What do you think?

too early to predict anything. Its normal you get AOR a bot late. 30th Nov guy got it 2 days back. so wait for 1 more week and see. till than relax. cool. hope next week get you AOR. ( for AOR they dont check anything. it is in the process they will go in details, just now they only see you have submitted all required documents, no contents)

agree with bestofluck, I'd also suggest to first send an email ( if you already haven't ) as they anyway take 1-2 weeks to reply.
Do not mention anything about your query on the US schooling etc. Simply ask them about a tentative date of AOR as people
you know with similar timeline have already received AORs last week.

AOR takes more time. nominations in fact take lesser time than 90 days they have said.

Imhave been waiting 4 months, i am not the only one and there are some waiting even longer..
Just saying to get right expectations for others..
