Medical status changed to completed. However, No BIL still, even though PA has done biometrics for TRV before, it says in the Guide that it must be done again. Paid the Fee a month ago almost, but nothing still. BG and Biometrics in Progress, Eligibility not started.

Biometrics for temporary visa and permanent are different so yeah, they will ask you again, Just monitor your incoming emails! hope you hear from them soon!

yea, but majority of the people got their BIL right after AOR. They asked me for payment first. Did you guys pay for Biometrics when submitting the application? or you were asked to pay afterwards?

I paid together with everything else before submitting

Most people I saw on this forum paid their fee upfront.

In my case I'm not even sure when they started with the background check, and I can't really guess for how long it's running.
I'm trying to be patient.
How regularly do you check your GCKey account or the Immitracker?

Can someone please tell me once I get my sponsorship eligibility letter approval when can I expect PA eligibility letter from IRCC??

I applied in December. So far I've only received the AOR and BIL (late December), its been more than three months since the last update. MIL and Eligibility are not started and background check in progress.

As a PA I never got an eligibility letter from IRCC, just the Sponsor.

Today I've found an update in my GCkey account saying: Final decision - April 4, 2025, We are processing your application ....
Background check is still marked as in progress.

Is this a so-called ghost update?

Abu Dhabi VO, they're extremely slow

If you have not received Sponsor Eligibility letter, it has not been transferred to Abu Dhabi yet. My file was moved to Abu Dhabi VO after the approval. I also received BIL & Medical very late compared to others.
