Hello guys,
I have a quick question
In the first week of April, my residence address changed.
So, should I update my residential address with CIC?
Are there any issues if I don't update my address?
My application status is that the citizenship test was completed on February 26, 2025, and the rest are in progress.

Yes, they specifically say you must update change of address. Tbey ask you to do so via webform. Don't let something simple like this cause them to decline your application because they claim you're withholding information or being deceitful.
Due to my personal reasons I am staying at two places, so I provided the address which was on my Driving Lic. and I have access to mail box at both the places
I put the mailing address as my second residence as most likely I will spend my time there for passport delivery
Based on my research for my scenario this is not issue. As I have provided official address what was on my DL and a different address for receiving passport.
So if you have changed address on your DL which is official than change the address but if not I do not see any harm using the old address. This is not misrepresentatiion - Did my research from Chatgpt
I'm confused. based on what you responded with, you haven't changed your address. It's basically the same as when you submitted the application.
Also, chat gpt is not something I would take as the authority. Go look at the IRCC faqs. There are a few questions there regarding address changes. Better to go to the source, which is what I did before I responded to you.
I am not using two addresses and now I am gonna update my health card, driving license etc
I asked because everything is coming through emails and nothing through Canada post

Yes, that's probably the safest thing to do. Here is what IRCC says about address changes:

Put simply, if your IDs will be updated to a different address than what is currently on your application, it would be best to update the address there as well.

They put us in pilot program, so hopefully things will be faster
I have attempted the test on the same date. No any update since it shows completed.
