Check email address. It should have the office address abbreviation.
Does it matter if you get email from specific office ? I got test invite email from calgary. is it because of different processing times between offices

Using the Google sheet data you can guess the processing time it will take based on your processing office.

But with the changes IRCC seems to be making, I'm not sure the old data is useful now. Seems like workload is being redistributed and they are using a decentralized approach....meaning any local IRCC office can process any application vs keeping to local applicants. Honestly, that approach should make applications go faster.

^^Yep. As far as I can tell, trying to figure out which office and what it means for your file's progress is a mug's game; doesn't provide much useful info and gets people stressed for not much benefit.

That's not to say there isn't - possibly - some info there. But it doesn't seem there's that obvious a pattern, at least in most cases, which is more consistent with the hypothesis "they're just moving files around to try to avoid delays." Some might take longer for good reasons, there may be some offices/officers that aren't as quick (for one reason or another), but insufficient info to determine which is which.

AOR Jan 10, GU Feb 6, but unfortunately still no test invitation. I think it’s because they asked for some additional information for my spouse which had to be sent via web form… not sure how long they will take to process that

I did the test on Feb 9 and passed.

IRCC asked me to provide me canadian id with photo in the email.

However I did use my native country passport due to signature on it.

Should I provide them same ID ( passport) again or a Canadian Id like PR card or healthcard or license? Note: PR card does not have signature on it.

Following is the email I received:

Good day,

Please read the attached request carefully and make sure to follow the instructions given to respond to this email.

You are receiving this notice because we were unable to verify your photo identification (ID) required during the online test.

In order for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to accept the results of your online test, a copy of your photo ID is required. Acceptable photo ID includes, a valid (not expired) ID with your photo and signature on it (for example, driver's licence or health card), or a Permanent Residence Card (even if it is expired). If you do not have a photo ID, please provide an explanation.

You have thirty (30) days to send us a scanned copy or photo of your piece of ID.

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR UCI AND APPLICATION NUMBER ALONG WITH A SCANNED COPY OF YOUR CANADIAN ISSUED ID.

If we do not receive a copy of your ID or an explanation why you do not have a photo ID, you may be required to take the citizenship test again or proceed to a hearing with a citizenship officer.

If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible at the email address above.

Appreciate if someone has similar experience and share the details. Thanks.

I am thinking to send PR card but there is no signature on it.
