Not necessarily. Our results for prohibitions and entry/exit from CBSA could be all ready and waiting for an officer to review and make a decision. Remember, every step of the application proces must be reviewed and decided upon by an officer. When they tell us LPP hasn't started, it means an officer hasn't entered anything into that section of our file. It doesn't mean that IRCC hasn't begun or even finished the data/info gathering for LPP. Once an officer decides to work on our LPP, they can probably make a determination in one day. Hence why most LPP is marked completed all at the same time.
