I called them and they said my file is under review required, that there's nothing wrong and some times it takes more time.
However, at this point I don't know what to expect, if there's something strange in my file why I didn't receive and ADR

I reached out to my MP and got an answer today. They said that my file was marked as a non-routine file. They can't tell what is the reason but it usually requires additional verifications, and they cannot give me an accurate timeline.
Has anyone come across this?

Yes on Jan 31st this year they asked for the Additional Family Form which we submitted on the same day.
It is usually 20% or more applications from a cohort that are marked non-routine. Read this: https://ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1169&top=3
No one can give you an accurate timeline, you application is marked either complex or SLA has been matched so you will be deprioritized.
Got Passport Request on 4th July, Status on GCkey still not updated
