I just got off a Messenger call with my brother-in-law, whose wife and kids got letters yesterday asking for medical exams within 30 days. He emailed the first doctor on the list that Canada provides (a few on the list have same email). He received reply saying lots of availability after March 1.

So still a bit over the 30 days. I guess you booked then sent the booking proof to IRCC so they can extend the deadline ?
