If BG is still in progress, consider applying for CSIS notes.

We have the same status, applied in October 2022, BG is still in progress. Any advice what to do?

I'm Dec 2022 applicant, only test completed, rest everything is in progress including BG. Exceeded the 14 months of processing time. Reached out to IRCC and reached out to local MP. Received standard response back. No progress at all. Any suggestions what should be the next steps?

Please let me know if you get any response as we have the same status. It’s been 15 months waiting

I got the oath invite this morning. Did you get as well? Mine is on March 20.

Did you follow to IRCC? We don’t get any status update only citizenship test

Apply for both ATIP and CSIS notes for understanding the details of your application delay.

Today I received email to download citizenship certificate but my tracker says citizenship not started. I haven’t read the instructions completely but looks like i will download it and submit it during oath ceremony. No ceremony scheduled yet. @Ankit Jain

Looks like IRCC does oath ceremony once in a month, usually 2nd or 3rd week of each month. If your all steps are done in March then expect your oath ceremony may happen in April but nothing is guaranteed.

The word me We Command, we basically hire immigration lawyer to file case against IRCC, especially if they are delaying our application without any genuine cause.

Based on my experience, they just take time but they do their job. This is not just Canada but immigration works same in other countries as well.

Finally oath scheduled. For me, it took 15 months 8 days to get oath scheduled. My application was non routine. I called once when i hit 15 months then my file moved. I am not sure if my call helped but agent said she will put a note in my application. So i believe it helped. I hope few of you from december pool will get your all steps cleared soon.
