Yes for some people it takes a bit more time. If it doesn't work for more than a week raise a webform for Technical issues.

are you logging in to Your citizenship application tracker (cic.gc.ca) ?

Guys, Is PCC required for Canadian citizenship? I travelled for less than 100 days to India after my PR. It’s not 183 days in a row. Also before landing in Canada and becoming a permanent resident, I did submit my PCC as part of PR application. Do we require a new PCC?? Thank you!

When I ask it to send code to create account, it just throws the error "
"We’re experiencing a technical difficulty"

I received AOR on Jan 13 (Friday) as well, but still cant create Tracker Account. Wonder if i am doing something wrong. I am using UCI and Citizenship Application number (C#######) on AOR to create the Tracker account.

If you got AOR, you should be able to create account. Processing or not does not matter.

Should I get worried that i am not able to create an account after more than 72 hours?
