yes, paper application takes ~2-3 months for AOR

I'm glad I'm not alone..mine was sent back once for insufficient IDs for the minors

Indeed, that is a ghost update. I got one Feb 18th, however no real update nor email yet. Hopefully somethings comes soon

We are both from Ottawa, looking at the past updates, we should receive our background check mostly this week (4-6 days after first ghost update). The only thing concerns me with the Ottawa office is Oath as they are still on April for oath ceremony. One of my friend applied in may and he had his test in OCT, still waiting on Oath. And Test scheduling is still at October.

Correct... You can sit the test anytime within your test window whenever you are ready
