There was few people that received their PPR - I got a GU today but that was for Biometrics Update
AOR 28th Dec 21
Received 1st GU on 30th Mar 22, but nothing changed in my profile, even BG check is same " We are processing " it has not changed since my AOR.
Do you know what does it mean, anyone in similar situation ?

One of the steps got passed, background will not be reflected same as eligibility. Got the same update yesterday and found out after calling IRCC that our eligibility has been passed. Criminality is in progress and then only security is left

You have to try to ring their service multiple tomes, last time it took me about 15 min, we say 1 min per try so around 15 triesThat's great !!! I tried to call IRCC many times but never got connected to thier agent, your update give us some hope
