Yesterday we have received Biometrics update and also we got IMM5475e form to be send AOR 25th of Dec. I have called IRCC on Monday and found out that:
- information sharing has been completed
- criminality is in progress
- verification of pnp nomination is in progress

I guess R10 is done at this stage
