Hie guys i am freaking out. My aor is dec 4 i am cec inland applicant. In my pr app i said yes to offer letter. I have PGWP and like most PGWP holders I have no LMIA. I have one year's experience in Canada and I am currently employed. IIhad 476 as my crs In both EE profile and PR application, when asked "Do you have a valid job offer", I answered "yes" without much thinking, never realizing that CIC defines "valid" different from everyone else. Surely I answered "no" to questions regarding LMIA. It did seem bizarre when ircc portal asked me to upload my job offer

Admittedly I should've done more research before submitting the application. It is already too late i realized yesterday about the blunder i did. My question is: has anyone done exactly the same thing as I did? If so what are your outcomes? Did ircc give you a hard time on this?

Hi all,

I had applied for GCMS Notes (from CBSA) on 16.03.2021 and got the same on 14.04.2021.

Details:
Express Entry FSWP(O)
AOR: 16.12.2020
Biometrics submitted: 08.03.2021
MEC Passed: 20.01.2021
Primary Office: New Delhi
Secondary Office: Centralized Intake Office

Status:
Medicals: Passed
Info. sharing: Complete
Criminality: Passed
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started

The entire GCMS Report is 95 pages long with a lot of redundant information which can be quite confusing.

@legalfalcon can you please throw some light on the following:
1. The information provided is as on what date? I mean, is the status as on the day they receive the application (around 16-18th March) or is closer to the date they send the report?
2. The Notes section contained 2 entries, where the first entry by the agent had: "NRT R10 OK Recommendation: Pass Criminality"
The second entry in the notes, entered by the agent after a few minutes said: "NRT R10 OK Recommendation: Review Required"
However, under the main "Assessments" section, the status for Criminality shows as Passed. Should I be worried about this?

Also, what would be your informed guess/guesstimate for PR issue for FSWP (O) candidates with Dec 2020 AOR, @legalfalcon and @Bacelor ?

Update: The report provided is as on 26.03.2021.

I just got replied for GCMS Notes this morning. Can someone please assist with my questions below.

I'm BC PNP-inland. AOR December 3rd 2020. (Currently on work permit in Canada)
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Infor Sharing: Complete
Primary Office: Centralized Intake Office
Secondary Office: CPC-Ottawa.

Looks like last time they updated my file on 15h January 2021.

I'm now 27 weeks pregnant and planning to go on maternity/parental leave around end of October, 2021.

My questions are;
1. When I go EI, should I inform IRCC about it as my employment status changes?
2. If yes, will this affect my application processing time (will they put it on hold) ?
3. Does anyone has any clue why this is getting this delayed, and file hasn't opened for 7 months? any advice on anything I could do to push my application?
4. Should I be bothered about my BC nomination expired in 2021/04/24?

Any guess on when I'd get my PPR?
