no, do not resign yet even if you receive visa and COPR. Still you cannot travel to Canada as your COPR is issued after March 18. You don’t meet exception to the travel restrictions in place unless you have a family member (immediate or extended) in Canada.

N inland are getting it processed faster

Agreed, I dont really understand that you have soo many back log... with soo many outland people waiting and they keep issuing new ITA's.

I just called ircc . My eligibility and criminality has been passed but security still not initiated. It has been same since March. Is anybody in same situation?

Seems like Sydney VO back at work. Just got a ghost update. Aor dec 9, PNP Alberta. Last webform in July showed security started, so hopefully this means security complete.
