Nah i didn't call them. Just sent the webform and they told me everything was passed. They probably would give me the same answer if I call though.

we have same AOR, it's been weekssss since my application is stuck at "review required" for eligibility, everything else is passed.
VO naiagara, AINP FSW EE already in Alberta..
no work since May, because pgwp got refused..
Crazy! Hoping for a huge miracle!

Hey there,

I also just received my GCMS notes:

I have under: "Other Reqs: Final:Approved", and under "Finalize Application": COPR Issuance. There is states under COPR "Issued at: CPC-Ottawa" however under "Document Issuance", "Status: Not Started".

There is also reference to outgoing correspondence "Application Transferred" and items requested "Kit, Application Forms".

@legalfalcon does this mean my application has had final approval? And do you know what the Application Transferred and Kit, Application Forms mean?

I have several outgoing correspondence but the most recent one was about application transferred which happened on the samw day my copr was generated. I believe this was a transfer to my local visa office.

Okay. I don't have any outgoing correspondence that matches with copr date; just the change of secondary office in Application section. Has your application been processed in Canada, or outside?

I am an EE outland candidate (PNP-Ontario) having Dec 22 AOR. After receiving webform reply that my application has passed all stages, few days back I called IRCC to understand when can I get final decision conveying "Your application has been approved" and which VO will issue this. The agent was quite helpful and conveyed that my application indeed had cleared all stages, complete and passed. The next step is to send confirmation of final decision which will be done by an officer and I will get it either in my email/account. Agent also informed this can happen anytime soon but can't give an expected date to it. Agent also confirmed this notification would come from CIO, Sydney which is processing my application and not from local VO (I asked specifically about it).
Although, I am yet to receive this final decision whilst my account still shows outdated status of eligibility is under review, etc. (which is now almost 10 days old compared to status as per webform/call) .
Hope this info relaxes other outland applicants too!

It's also useful for CEC-inlands still waiting for their approval since I have passed all stages and still waiting for the final decision. Thank you and hopefully you get your PR soon!

Waoh, this is helpful, I raised a GCMS note at the end of May, maybe I should raise a webform.. AOR 20 December, Ontario PNP , Outland... I have no knowledge of the VO processing my file tho

RC-9515 is Case Processing Center- Ottawa.
Ottawa will send you ppr since your file was approved by them and if you are an Indian your secondary office will be New Delhi just for stamping and copr issuance. Hope that helps....
