Hi guys, My AOR was December 2nd. I sent an email to cic to get an update on my file. Please see their response below.

I still haven't received any update in my cic account. Has anyone else received their confirmation of PR and if yes how is CIC conducting the landing process now since the borders are closed?

My case is on hold since half of February - AOR 12/24 FSW-I. If someone has news on my stream, let me know please. I don't know what they're waiting for the security (Covid in February was not started)

I am also facing the same issue as my application is also being processed at Montreal. My application has not progressed in last 3 months.

AOR: December 24, 2019
Medical Passed: January 15, 2020.

How do you know that they have not worked on your application? If it is based on your CIC My Account, I would suggest request a GCMS notes to understand more details about your file.

I got below webform reply on May 11 but when I called IRCC 3 days after this response, agent said eligibility status is still not started. Can someone please help understand what it means. My AOR is Dec 28, 2019.
