@svilli Would you be able to share the AOR2 email you were sent with your details blanked out?

Many are changing their status on the tracker to AOR2 based on the email they received about their applications being moved to their local VO. It would be nice to be able to highlight the difference between the initial email and true AOR2.

Thank you for this. Interesting how the AOR2 mail looks to have a U.S date format? Ideally, anybody who's basing AOR2 off of the transfer email could do with removing it from the tracker as it really muddies the data and gives false information with regards to average times.

We have been unable to link our account and have only been checking the online tool. I have read all the advice on how to link it but have had no luck. My question is do we have to link it? or does the online tool provide all the information we need?

I am nervous by not linking it we are missing important information. I also call several times a day and am tool I can not be put on hold because there are too many people waiting.

You don't actually need to have a GCKEY account. Everything will be sent to the email within your application.

If you're wanting to call then you should try calling on a Thursday or Friday. I've had the most luck with that. Failing that, use the web form to ask for help with it:

I haven't received SA, yet.

MR request normally comes after SA. So you got MR already and it is definitely a good sign.

My GCKEY went from the "We've requested your medical" status to "You passed the medical exam".

• We sent PA a letter on February 14, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us
• Medical results have been received.

ECAS updated after my GCKEY went to the passed stage for some reason.

For me at least, yes. You may have luck that ECAS updates with the received line before it goes to passed. It's usually pretty quick though.

Based on the wording, AOR2 was sent to a PA, whereas the transfer notice (Feb 27) was sent to a sponsor. So both PA and sponsor are notified about the transfer to Warsaw.

Yes, and the applicant letter confirms that they’ve receipted it, ECAS will then change to show when it began processing.
