Now that I found a blog where people are actively responding, let me confirm another question I have a little doubt on .

In question 11, if my wife was a homemaker for 2 years and we changed 3 addresses in that time - do we add all the addresses in the same row under location or do we add a separate row with all the details same and address different?

I used this format:

dates-> homemake->homemaker(employer)-> addresses(1., 2. and 3.)-> city -> Canada

And one more please:

You are not adding trips under question 10 (list of addresses): my family went on a 30 day trip back home but I havent included that and there were a couple of other short trips.

And I stayed with a friend for 3 weeks when I moved to Canada but got my own apartment the same month so havent included that either. Is that correct?

I had a 28 day trip back home but that detail went into my physical presence calculator. It's difficult to know about staying with your friend because your lease would not cover those 3 weeks if you were asked to provide it. I know it's a nuisance but it may be better to include the stay with your friend. However, if I remember correctly, the application form only allows you to enter month/year in the address section, so you could get away with not including your stay with him. Maybe someone else with experience of this can advise better.

For the child, it says one of the IDs must have a photo on it but the health card doesnt in Ontario and we have never received a school record with a photo on it. Do you know if we can go and ask the school for it? Can I include the passport as the child's ID?

I believe mailing address because when I got AOR on that my mailing address was mentioned and not home address.

Finally some positive news to report: I got my AOR at 7:25am this morning. 2 months and 1 week between application received and getting AOR...
